These terms govern use of the Apex Staffing website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and provide information you are authorized to submit.

Recruiting information—not a guarantee

Website content and form submissions do not guarantee employment, an interview, a candidate, a hire, a start date, or any particular employment terms. Facilities make all hiring decisions and employ selected professionals directly unless expressly stated otherwise.

Current service model

Apex currently focuses on permanent direct-hire contingency recruiting for Greater Houston RN and nursing-leadership positions. Facility fees, candidate ownership, payment terms, and any replacement commitment are governed only by a signed facility agreement—not by general website copy.

Candidate submissions

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information about their identity, license, education, experience, availability, and work authorization. A facility may independently verify qualifications and require additional screening or onboarding.

Job and facility information

Public job information may be summarized and may change or close without notice. Private facility information is not published unless Apex has authorization to do so.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access private records, upload harmful files, impersonate another person, submit misleading information, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
