Facilities may provide contact details, organization information, position requirements, schedules, salary information, and hiring timelines. We also receive information you include in messages or forms.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to you, evaluate possible recruiting matches, coordinate hiring conversations, maintain business records, protect the site, and improve Apex operations. Apex does not charge candidates a placement fee.

Candidate information and permission

Apex does not present a candidate’s résumé or identifying profile to a prospective facility without the candidate’s knowledge and permission. A hiring facility may require its own application, credentialing, background review, or onboarding process.

Storage, service providers, and retention

Form records and uploaded résumés may be stored with service providers that support website hosting, file storage, communications, and recruiting operations. Résumés are stored as private files rather than public website assets. We retain information only as reasonably needed for recruiting, business, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes.

Information you should not submit

Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, passwords, or identity-document images through the website forms.

Your choices

You may request that Apex update or delete information you previously submitted, subject to legal and legitimate business recordkeeping requirements. Use the contact form and identify your request clearly.
